Bible Studies

Various bible studies are held throughout the week at church and at people’s homes. Visitors are always welcome. Contact the church at (562) 427-1653 for more information.

Salt and Light

Sundays 7:30 pm at church

 Middle schoolers sing and participate in a fun-filled interactive bible study. Dinner is provided.

Abide and Edify

Sundays 7:30 pm at church

 A very active group of high schoolers and college age people. Activities include Sunday bible study (dinner provided) and trips to Arizona and Tijuana (Mexico) to assist in missionary efforts.

20’s and 30’s

Wednesdays 7:00 at Paul & Erin Dempsey’s

 Bible study for single and young married people who enjoy good snacks and great fellowship. Baby sitting is provided.

CAMEO

4th Wednesday of the month at 1:30 pm at church

 Come And Meet Each Other! A great time of fellowship and bible study for senior ladies. Transportation available upon request.

Bible Bistro

Wednesdays 6:30 pm at the Dempseys

 A large group of college/career age folks get together for fellowship, support and to learn about God’s plan for us. The evening begins with dinner and is followed by a time of singing and a bible study. Other activities such as the Doheny Beach retreat highlight the year.
